As we are dealing used and vintage instruments, not new ones, all merchandise purchased in store is in as-is condition. We hope you understand, and inspect carefully before purchase.

What is your return policy?

Instruments may be returned within two days of purchase date for refund, and are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Amplifiers and effects may be returned within two days of purchase date for refund, and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are given on the original form of payment, or store credit/exchange only. Items must be returned in the original condition they were purchased in, with case, accessories, etc. included. Original paper or digital receipt must be provided at time of return.

Products that are damaged due to modifications or misuse will not be accepted.

All trade-ins are final. Once you trade in your instrument for one from our inventory, we cannot return your original item, as it will have already undergone servicing and preparation for resale.

We do not accept returns on strings, parts, cables, straps, or other accessories.

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay), cash, gift card, and store credit/trade in.
