As we are dealing used and vintage instruments, not new ones, all merchandise purchased in store is in as-is condition. We hope you understand, and inspect carefully before purchase.

What is your return policy?

We offer returns on instruments within 1 day of purchase date, and charge a 15% restocking fee. Refunds are given on the original form of payment, or store credit/exchange only. Items must only be returned in the original condition which they were purchased in, with all cases, accessories, etc. included. You must provide the original receipt of purchase.

Amplifiers and effects must be returned within 4 days of purchase date for refund. Products that are damaged due to modifications or misuse will not be accepted.

We do not accept returns on strings, parts, cables, straps, or other accessories.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, Union Pay), cash, and store credit/trade in. If you wish to pay with any other form of payment, please get in touch with us first.

Do you ship instruments?

We currently do not ship any of our guitars or other instruments. Online or phone orders are accepted, but you must pick up your purchase in-store. No exceptions.
